Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (Aerospace Manufacturing Facility) Location: 1515 W 17th St, Tempe, AZ 85281 Shift: Full time, day shift (Monday - Thursday) Due to the nature of work performed in our facility, all employees must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents. Receiving Responsibilities: Receiving all inbound materials, supplies, and products Assist with loading/unloading delivery vehicles Coordination of daily tasks for shipping and receiving Create MOTs Pull and deliver material to machines for processing Pull and deliver all details/inserts required for job orders Keep inventory location/records accurate and up-to-date Shipping & Material Handling Responsibilities: Assists OSP with shipping when carrier services are involved Maintains finished goods inventory - weekly cycle counting Coordinates/communicates with Quality and Production departments on daily needs Assists with WIP movement updates Communicates updates to customers as required (end of day ship list and tracking detail) Attends morning production meeting Understands and uses major carrier services according to their cost and capability Packages parts for shipment or inventory Verifies and adheres to customer delivery requirements Basic Qualifications: Authorized to work in the US 18 yrs or older Ability to work full time High School Diploma or equivalent MUST have reliable transportation to get to and from work Other experience that includes: ERP/MRP system experience Logistics knowledge (FedEx, UPS, Freight Services) Forklift Certification preferred Required Qualifications: High attention to detail Intermediate computer skills preferred Multi-tasking Team Player Physical Requirements: Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations Requires bending, squatting, reaching Requires the ability to lift 40-50lbs occasionally and 25-30 lbs frequently Team oriented company with top paying wages and benefits in the valley in regards to the Aerospace Industry.
