About The Position
Temp Exegistics has partnered with a diversified technology company that develops advanced electronics, aerospace and defense systems, digital imaging, and instrumentation for commercial and government applications. Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping / Receiving / Stockroom Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong computer, organizational, and inventory management skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves processing shipments, maintaining accurate records in the ERP system, and ensuring materials flow efficiently through the operation. Location: Dallas, TX 75247 Pay: $18–$21 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM Overtime: As needed Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire
Requirements
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong computer skills required; ERP system experience preferred
- Familiarity with shipping paperwork, labels, and carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- International shipping experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments in a timely manner
- Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation
- Enter inventory transactions and material movements into the ERP system
- Organize and maintain stockroom inventory, including proper labeling and storage
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill material requests and orders
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing domestic and international shipments
- Support inventory cycle counts and reconciliation activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
