Stratolaunch is a technology accelerator that engineers operationally realistic testing at Mach 5+. A Shipping and Receiving Clerk is needed by Stratolaunch Systems in Mojave California to help establish and maintain a Property Control System, provide management of Stratolaunch assets as well as manage the Shipping and Receiving Department. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk must be detail-oriented and accept primary responsibility for ensuring all property tracking systems comply with government contracting and ITAR requirements and are compatible with corporate accounting standards. The successful candidate will have the skills to be able to operate a forklift, move boxes and furniture, and perform light maintenance. Stratolaunch relies on a complex network of contractors and subcontractors, and this individual must demonstrate emotional intelligence and an appreciation for clarity, tact, and professionalism. This position will be critical to the expansion of operations in Mojave, and this individual needs to have a customer-service mentality to support Stratolauch’s off-site staff and partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in safety and handling of hazardous materials, as well as a strong background in project management, with some college or professional certificates.
