Responsible for taking physical receipt of the package, ensuring it gets to the appropriate internal customer, and completing the goods receipt process in SAP.

Requirements

Must have a High school diploma or higher
5 years experience in an industrial environment
Operating Lift Truck experience
Must exhibit ability to think clearly and calmly during critical or difficult circumstances
Problem-solver
Strong team player (hands on)

Nice To Haves

Basic Microsoft Excel experience is desired.

Responsibilities

Schedules deliveries for indirect items and is the main contact for receiving (non-raw materials).
Manages physical receipt of packages/deliveries.
In many cases, enters the Goods Receipt into SAP.
Coordinates delivery to final recipient/destination and documents handoff to the appropriate person.
Handles/coordinates vendor returns.
Main contact for urgent/expedited orders.
Works closely with the supply room(s).
Will be responsible for operating a lift truck and/or electric pallet jack.
Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision
Follow all established standard operating procedures
Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary
Perform other tasks assigned by management
