About The Position

Responsible for monitoring all products received and disbursed throughout the
warehouse. Promptly loads truck and deliver supplies and equipment to various
departments. Maintain accurate records and files. Coordinates deliveries and
ensures signatures upon delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 21 years of age
• A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Licensed forklift truck operator
• Excellent organizational skills
• Great communication and interpersonal abilities
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data

Responsibilities

• Maintains requisition files to ensure receipts are accurately recorded
• Loads trucks and deliveries supplies and equipment to various departments
• Verifies vendor packing slips for accuracy.
• Notes and reports all discrepancies
• Records damaged products and notifies the Purchasing Department of the corrective action required
• Coordinates deliveries and stocking of receipts with Supervisor
• Informs Supervisor of any problems
• Processes all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintains a clean, neat and orderly work area. (Cleaning, sweeping floors, empty trash, etc.)
• Exhibits a professional, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow employees
