About The Position

The Supervisor of the Food and Beverage department will maintain a high level of
customer service, both internal and external for the particular shift worked. Is
responsible for quality and smooth operation of all food outlets and shall
monitor all facets of the department both front and back areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 4 plus years in a supervisory/ managerial role that included responsibilities for quality and customer service
• 3 plus years in the food service industry
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint efficient
• General math knowledge
• Ability to work nights, days and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Some basic kitchen skills
• Ability to read and write to effectively communicate with staff
• Ability to create menus, food costing knowledge
• Ability to multi-task several outlets need.

Nice To Haves

• Serve-Safe certified (within 60 days of employment)
• TIPS certified (within 60 days of employment)
• Knowledge of food industry POS systems (i.e., Hula, InfoGenesis, Micros-Fidelio)
• Basic working knowledge of most restaurant equipment
• Basic food handler certification
• Fine dining experience

Responsibilities

• Monitor the revenue centers for all food outlets.
• Working knowledge of all cash registers within department
• Monitor and control food production for quality and taste
• Ability to work effectively with customers.
• Control and monitor employees for overtime and attendance.
• Work as a managerial team for other employee concerns
