Shipping/Receiving Clerk

We’re currently seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our parts department at the McGrath CJDR Dealership in Cedar Rapids. Requirements
- A great attitude and team-first mentality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Unload and receive shipments with accuracy and care
- Verify and check in parts against shipping documents
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations
- Handle warranty parts returns and scrapping
- Maintain a clean, organized receiving area
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock management
- Step in to support the parts team as needed
