Shipping Receiving Clerk
About The Position
JOIN EUGENE'S LEADING LANDSCAPE SUPPLY COMPANY! Lane Forest Products is growing and looking for a Full-Time Shipping and Receiving Clerk to add to our Shipping department! DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform shipping and receiving duties. Support the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base. Loading and unloading with forklift. Verify deliveries, maintain inventory using POS system. Responsible for maintaining inventory levels at multiple retail locations Maintain clean and organized yard for back stock Assist customers in Retail yard as needed Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor Responsible for keeping an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand at all times Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations Required to make pick-ups and deliveries to our suppliers for parts and raw materials using a company vehicle
Requirements
- One year of Shipping and Receiving experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently throughout the day
