Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years’ shipping/ receiving experience (required)
- Must have excellent attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills (required)
- Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required)
- Must be able to lift, move and carry parts, bins, boxes, spools, etc Weight may reach/exceed 80lbs.(required)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders according to customer and company requirements
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation before shipping
- Generate shipping labels, packing lists, and enter tracking information accurately in the ERP system
- Receive incoming materials, inspect for accuracy/damage, and enter receipts into the ERP system
- Label, route, and organize materials in the appropriate storage locations
- Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records and support inventory counts
- Communicate shipment or receipt issues to internal teams and coordinate resolutions
- Keep the shipping/receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
