Pay Range: $18.50 - $21.80 per hour
Requirements
- Strong 10 key by touch.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Verbal written and communication skills.
- At least one year of general office experience.
- Prior computer experience/data entry helpful.
Responsibilities
- Print, download and prepare all pick-lists for shipping as the scheduling department distributes orders.
- Record, print, download and distribute all related paperwork for product management.
- Track storage lot loads.
- Upload and verify proper shipping of all completed loads. loads.
- Complete the shipping departure log, the accounting invoice logs, the trailer logs, load sheets daily report and invoices for NCDC.
- Complete Product Transfer requests for all product needed for the NCDC.
- Recap all master orders shipping to NCDC.
- File completed paperwork for each load on a daily basis.
- Answer phones and distribute mail, paperwork and reports.
