About The Position

The Shipping Order Completion Assistant will pick, pack, and load customer orders.

Must be able to work a shift of 8 - 12 hours a day.
Must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday
Must be flexible to work an overnight/early morning shift.
Must be able to stand for majority of your shift.
Must be able to perform twisting, turning and bending.
Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) lbs.
Must wear non-slip resistant shoes.
Ability to apply knowledge of processes involved, production methods, and products to the nuances of everyday operation.
Must embody and demonstrate company values and culture.

Pick/Pack/Load in busy production area.
Transfer finished products and boxes from Shipping sorter to truck.
Scan labels on packages, load packaging machines with boats, and label packages with printed labels.
Check out your scanner at the beginning of the shift using your employee ID and ensure to return it after your shift is completed.
Always follow the SOPs (Standard Operational Procedures) for the department.
Spot check packages emerging from machinery for correct labeling.
Operates any equipment needed to perform job.
Apply knowledge of processes involved, production methods, and products to the nuances of everyday operation.
Assist in shut down procedures.
Ability to work in other areas of the business as needed.
