As a Shipping Coordinator for JD Lathrop Regional Distribution Center located in Lathrop, CA, you will:

Requirements

• Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies
• Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently
• Must be available to work the shift from 10:30am - 7:00pm
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

Nice To Haves

• Previous SAP Experience
• Previous warehouse experience
• Associate's Degree or above

Responsibilities

• Participates in all daily activities of the shipping department.
• Coordinates the timely shipments of materials.
• Releases daily work tasks to the operations floor for employees to pick parts
• Works to correct issues when part orders are unable to be released to the operations floor
• Schedules picked handling units to specific route transportation units to ensure timely release of trucks and invoicing
• Supports other warehouse functions such as picking, inventory and storing of incoming material
• Dangerous Goods and Hazmat coordination
