Shipping 1 year experience

Responsibilities

Review daily production output and sales order schedules to prioritize shipments.
Coordinate movement of finished goods from production to shipping staging area, including packing and boxing.
Verify part numbers, revisions, quantities and special customer requirements prior to shipment.
Ensure all required documentation is completed before release.
Prepare and process all required shipping documents, including:
Bills of Lading
Packing Lists
Commercial Invoices (for international orders)
Certificates of origins
Generate shipping labels and documentation within the ERP system
Schedule pickups with LTL, FTL, parcel and expediated freight carriers
Coordinate freight arrangements for domestic and international shipments
Enter and maintain accurate shipping data
Confirm shipment transactions and close related orders
Maintain organized records
Communication shipment status to Customer Service
Coordinate with Production on urgent shipments
Freight billing and invoicing accuracy
