About The Position

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for shipping customer orders accurately and on time. This role includes invoicing, ASN processing, inventory verification, and coordination with internal teams and customers to ensure efficient shipping operations.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shipping/warehouse environment
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Review daily pick lists and order reports
• Coordinate with customer representatives and production planners regarding special shipments
• Verify inventory availability using FIFO procedures
• Assign pick locations and communicate instructions to warehouse personnel
• Process invoices and Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) in a timely manner
• Verify orders and quantities match customer requirements
• Print and follow all unit-related email instructions for shipments
• Confirm correct loading of materials and proper carrier usage
• Report shipping issues or irregularities to supervisors and/or customer representatives
