About The Position

We are actively hiring for the position of Shipping Clerk I for our plant in Salt Lake City, UT

 Shift:  Monday – Friday 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of shipping systems (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Familiarity with industry concepts, practices and procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot situations in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare items for shipment-Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or material
• Arrange for the transportation of products
• Maintain quality control throughout all projects
• Maintain department tools and equipment
• Work in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA and company safety procedures
