Role Overview How you will make an impact: Prioritizes customers' goals based on special needs/specifications, ensuring proper staging of the orders to facilitate expedition. Have knockout verbal and written skills to communicate with customer service and customers’ traffic departments on a daily basis. Slam dunk communication with customer service as well as retail services. Various other tasks as assigned include, but are not limited to, the preparation of documents, running Excel reports, and analyzing spreadsheets. Computer skills to access the logistics websites of customers to schedule the release and routing for shipments to these customers.

Requirements

  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
  • Great organizational skills with a winning record of updating data accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written bilingual communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills & knowledge of Microsoft Suite Apps.
  • The ability to work in a warehouse home team environment with a winning set of communication skills.
  • Have your game on to work a shift with overtime, as necessary (i.e., flexible hours & days)
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours, depending on the daily work volume.
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Accurately sum up and record data.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of warehouse management systems, such as Manhattan Activ,e preferred. and the ability to understand TMS
  • Familiarity with Professional Sports Leagues and Teams is a plus.

Responsibilities
