Job Summary: Supports the Shipping/Receiving Department by managing incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, preparing paperwork, and tracking inventory to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Key duties involve operating warehouse equipment, inspecting goods, updating shipping statuses, and coordinating with logistics teams and carriers. This role requires a high school diploma, computer proficiency, strong organizational skills, and physical stamina to handle goods. Applies lean manufacturing techniques to reduce cost and increase yields. Investigates root cause of failures/defects and implements corrective actions to support continuous improvement.
