About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Team Member to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and shipping customer orders — handling up to 150 orders per day. You’ll also process customer returns and exchanges, restock finished goods, and help manage inventory to keep operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced position that demands strong attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and a positive attitude even during busy periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving (high-volume e-commerce experience is strongly preferred)
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8+ hours per day
• Proficiency with shipping software and inventory management systems
• Comfortable using both Mac OS and Windows operating systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship daily customer orders with speed and accuracy
• Process incoming returns and exchanges
• Restock finished goods and maintain accurate inventory
• Ensure all shipments meet quality and compliance standards
