Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of High School degree or equivalent.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Have reliable transportation to and from workplace.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Motivated team player.
Ability to re-prioritize throughout the day to accommodate changes.

Responsibilities

Develop expertise and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicle accessories and technology.
Guarantee detailed follow-ups to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Experience with domestic and global shipping companies.
Prepare shipping documentation and packages for outgoing shipments – domestic and international including accurate labels per specifications with various vendors (UPS, USPS etc.).
Analyze best practice, per package, for most advantageous outgoing and incoming price vs. receiving date options.
Maintain great relationship with delivery drivers.
Issue purchase orders for various vendors.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Follow-up with customers daily with notification that parts orders have arrived and are ready for pick up.
