About The Position

Job Requirements: • Receive and process customer POs, ensuring accurate data entry into MRP systems, cost entry, and utilization of Excel for order processing and tracking. • Provide general administrative/clerical support such as copying, filing, researching, and data entry • Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them, and distributing packages and letters within the company • Maintain the company stockroom through organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items regularly • Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items and staff on hand to manage the shipments • Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers • Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling • Troubleshoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and works to solve them • Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts, and pallet jacks for large goods. • Coordinate ordering of shipping supplies • Ensure that a backup of stock is maintained and ready for shipment processing • Ensure adherence to environmental management and systems • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Experience / Education: • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. • At least 1 – 2 years of prior experience in a similar role or having similar responsibilities • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. • Must be detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy • Must be highly dependable, driven to learn, and able to adapt quickly to changing work instructions • Demonstrate a strong team player mentality and a can-do attitude, collaborating effectively with colleagues and management to achieve team and organizational goals.
