About The Position

Shipping and receiving clerk handles' incoming and outgoing shipments. Assists in receiving outside products. Further, assists Operations in packaging of products Reports to: Shipping Manager.

Requirements

• Competence in communicating via e-mail and usage of common office computer applications
• This position involves access to technical data and information governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Under ITAR, candidates must be U.S. persons to be eligible for this role.
• A U.S. person is defined as a: U.S. citizen, Lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), or Individual granted asylum or refugee status under U.S. law.
• Applicants who do not meet these requirements cannot be considered.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily organization of orders
• Ensures accurate input of shipping requirements and customer needs
• Assists with assembly and packing of products
• Actively monitors inventory of job-related items
• Forklift driving
• Monitor safety conditions in the firearms assembly area and ensure all personnel are following company-established SOPs
• Work within company policy as outlined in the Faxon Firearms Handbook
