Requirements
- Experience: 1+ year in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations . (pallet/manufacturing experience a plus)
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with TMS/WMS or inventory management systems a plus
- Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to track shipments and spot discrepancies
- Communication & Organization: Work well with internal teams and external partners
Nice To Haves
- pallet/manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with TMS/WMS or inventory management systems
Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming shipments-ensure everything matches work orders
- Prepare outgoing pallet loads and keep shipments on schedule
- Maintain accurate shipping & receiving records-digital logs & documentation
- Coordinate loading and unloading schedules with carriers and drivers
- Be the main point of contact for truck drivers, vendors, and visitors
- Use inventory management software (COLT/Blue Yonder) to optimize workflow
- Perform pre-shift door checks, assign loads, and coordinate with forklift drivers
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies (OSHA, MSDS, etc.)
- Support office management, accounting, and customer service as needed
