About The Position

We’re adding an experienced Shipping and Receiving Associate to our team! Sportiqe is a screen print production facility. The Shipping and Receiving Associate ensures accurate, timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining inventory integrity and adhering to established warehouse systems. This role requires precision, consistency, and the ability to work independently within structured processes. The best candidates are reliable and detail-oriented with a good foundation of shipping and receiving procedures. The associate will work with the team, quickly and with agility to meet deadlines and process inventory.

Requirements

Continuous 9-12 months work experience in a Shipping & Receiving role.
Must be able to safely operate pallet jacks, dollies, and lift 30 pounds. Standing forklift experience is a plus, but not required. You are organized. You pay attention to all the details and make sure things are in order.
You are a super communicator. You are quick with information and make sure that everyone knows what they need to know, when they need to know it.
You are focused and efficient when there’s a lot of moving pieces.
You are proactive. You are always thinking ahead and planning all of the details.
You are computer and software savvy.
High accuracy with counting, tracking, and matching numbers.

Responsibilities

Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
Document discrepancies and communicate issues to the Warehouse Manager
Order picking, packing, and staging of materials according to warehouse protocols
Prepare outbound orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Package materials per company and carrier standards
Generate shipping labels and maintain shipping documentation
Coordinate with carriers for pickup and delivery schedules
Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Follow established procedures for material handling and storage
Support warehouse organization and cleanliness standards
Support continuous improvement of shipping and receiving procedures
Maintain clear, written communication on handoffs and status updates
