The Opportunity We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our Fulfillment Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping our production floor moving by ensuring materials are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in precision and teamwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (for driving responsibilities).
• Comfortable using warehouse equipment and computerized inventory/order systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments; report damages or discrepancies.
• Store and track goods in designated inventory locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders with accuracy.
• Coordinate with carriers and ensure shipments leave on schedule.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning equipment safely.
• Occasionally drive a company vehicle for local deliveries.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers.
• Support continuous improvement efforts for shipping and receiving processes.
