The role involves owning inbound material flow, receiving accuracy, and warehouse intake processes, ensuring all material is received correctly, inspected, documented, and system-accurate, and serving as the control point for supplier delivery quality and traceability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in receiving, warehouse, or material control.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS and barcode scanning systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in regulated or traceability-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with ITAR/FAR/DFARS requirements.
  • Experience with inspection processes and quality systems.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming shipments in ERP/WMS systems.
  • Perform 3-way match (PO, packing slip, physical receipt).
  • Execute receiving transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform receiving inspection for quantity, condition, and documentation.
  • Ensure proper capture of: Certifications, Packing slips, Traceability (lot/serial where required).
  • Identify and escalate nonconforming material.
  • Utilize barcode scanners and systems for material intake and tracking.
  • Maintain complete and accurate digital records of all receipts.
  • Manage inbound staging, putaway, and warehouse organization.
  • Maintain visual warehouse systems (clear locations, labeling, flow paths).
  • Ensure efficient dock-to-stock material flow.
  • Track and improve: Receiving accuracy (%), Dock-to-stock cycle time, Discrepancy rate.
  • Drive continuous improvement in receiving processes.
  • Coordinate with procurement, quality, and production teams.
  • Resolve supplier and internal discrepancies quickly.
