Position Purpose: This role will address shipping exceptions and coordinate deliveries in a timely manner to members for packages that are in distress. Additionally, this position will file claims with couriers and investigate lost packages, and triage emails to appropriate teams for varies scenarios they can't handle. Monitors shipments to ensure prompt and proper delivery. Follow up with patients, customers, and shipping vendors when necessary Tracks packages and updates tracking database Investigates mis-delivery and lost packages. Coordinate and/or complete delivery claims when necessary to delivery vendors Handles PCS shipping issues that come in through the call center. Coordinate with Patient Care Coordinators and Fulfillment Team regarding packages as necessary Triage incoming tickets from Patient Care Coordinators by evaluating the issue, determining next steps, and either working on the case or escalating to the appropriate team Works directly with shipping companies when a problem is identified and coordinate with the patients to rectify shipping issue as identified Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards
