Shipping & Logistics Specialist

Alpha Inc
3d$75,000 - $90,000

About The Position

Alpha Inc. is looking for a Shipping & Logistics Specialist who thrives in the details, owns the moving parts, and doesn’t let chaos win. This is not a “just print labels and track packages” job. This is a mission-critical role for someone who can build order out of motion — someone who knows that behind every successful project is a logistics machine that actually works. You’ll coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, manage documentation, support equipment and vehicle logistics, work with carriers and suppliers, and help keep operations tight, compliant, and moving across the islands and beyond. If you’re the kind of person who catches what others miss, solves problems before they become expensive, and takes pride in making complex logistics look easy, keep reading.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in shipping and logistics.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple moving priorities.
  • Experience handling shipping documentation, logistics coordination, and vendor communication.
  • Working knowledge of logistics systems and recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You don’t wait to be chased down for follow-up.
  • You communicate clearly, solve issues early, and stay steady under pressure.
  • You take ownership of the process, not just the task.
  • You care about accuracy because mistakes in logistics cost time, money, and trust.
