About The Position

The primary objective of this role is to support shipping, inventory, and material logistics operations within a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling shipments, managing material flow, and ensuring accurate processing of inventory. Duties include, but are not limited to, processing orders utilizing SAP, inspection and receiving, packing, shipping, stocking materials, and other tasks as assigned by the team leader.

Requirements

Experience working in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments
Experience with scheduling shipments and coordinating outbound logistics
Familiarity with material handling, inventory control, and warehouse processes
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP
Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Valid driver's license
Experience in shipping and receiving operations

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Manage material logistics, including tracking movement of materials within the warehouse and to customers
Receive incoming materials utilizing SAP
Inspect materials for damage, verify quantities, and ensure accurate documentation
Process materials for shipment to customers globally
Stock materials and pull inventory to fulfill orders
Ensure all shipments are properly packaged and labeled
Perform cycle counts by locating and counting materials to support inventory accuracy
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed
Maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse
Support cross-functional warehouse operations as needed
Capable of working flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader
