Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management.
• Familiarity with inventory management software/systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records using inventory management systems.
• Monitor stock levels and forecast needs to avoid shortages and overages.
• Perform regular audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Inspect, verify, and document incoming shipments.
• Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments with proper documentation.
• Obtain shipping estimates and analyze cost efficiencies.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to forecast and meet inventory needs.
• Resolve shipment or inventory issues promptly and accurately.
• Prepare reports on inventory and stock adjustments.
