About The Position

Located in Woodland, WA, LifePort is the leading manufacturer of medical transportation and interior products as well as ballistic armor protection systems for fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Position Overview: Performs a variety of tasks relating to day-to-day sales, product transportation,, receipt, delivery and control of materials in a manufacturing environment.

Excellent teamwork skills and high degree of initiative required
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Possess a high level of self-motivation
Must be proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High School Diploma or GED
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.14 is required.
Ability to lift 35-50lbs
All employees are expected to adhere to Company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment when exposed to work areas or performing tasks where it is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ERP/MRP Systems preferred
One year of forklift experience preferred
Experience in a Production environment preferred

Responsibilities

Basic inventory control functions
Monitor inventory levels for accuracy
Organize and maintain materials on hand
Assist with loading / unloading materials from trucks with use of forklift and / or pallet jack.
Chemical management to include stocking, and checking expiration dates
Work order processing to include order picking delivering kits and completing ERP transactions
Perform Daily Cycle Counts
Bin Stock Control and Replenishment
Material logistics between multiple locations on campus
Verifies and keeps records on outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment
Scheduling outbound shipments with carrier(s)
Monitor / order shipping materials
General housekeeping
