About The Position

Requirements

  • Must be able to perform basic math calculations (addition/subtraction/multiply/divide.)
  • Must be functionally literate in the English language.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow shipping documentation and instructions.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an appropriate vehicle license (forklift/pallet jack) as required.
  • Must be able to carry/lift to 50lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, pushing, grasping, and lifting.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Use provided sales work to accurately pull all customer orders.
  • Ensure correct parts and quantities are pulled for each order.
  • Provide accurate weights and dimensions are recorded for all orders pulled.
  • Correctly complete the pallet process to include shrink wrap and address labels application.
  • Report any nonconformances or order discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Maintain compliance with workplace safety, product handling, and shipping best practices.
  • Prepare shipments by securely packaging materials in accordance with safety and quality procedures.
  • Follow all documented procedures, standard work, and visual controls to ensure consistent quality.
  • Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement activities as required.
  • Apply correct pallet labeling and ensure compliance with product identification and traceability requirements
  • Perform any additional duties as defined by the Warehouse Supervisor.
