About The Position

As a Restaurant Shift Supervisor at Nation's, you'll be an essential part of a team. In this role, you will be cross-trained in all areas of the restaurant and perform the following duties: Cashier – Provide excellent service with a positive attitude and a welcoming smile. Cook – Prepare fresh, high-quality food items in a timely manner. Food Prep – Organize and prep fresh produce to maintain product quality. Light Janitorial – Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant to ensure a comfortable dining experience for our customers. Position Overview: As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead by example, managing your shift while motivating and guiding the team to success. You'll be the go-to person for addressing customer concerns, ensuring safety standards, and keeping track of time and breaks. Additionally, you’ll provide excellent training and support for new team members.

Responsibilities

Lead your shift to provide excellent service and top-quality food.
Handle customer concerns and ensure crew members are following safety standards.
Manage employee breaks and timekeeping.
Act as a key trainer, providing guidance to new team members.
Handle restaurant orders and assist with paperwork.
Cover the manager’s day off when needed
