About The Position

Nation's Giant Hamburgers is Hiring for Shift Supervisor for our Stockton Location!! As a Restaurant Shift Supervisor at Nation's, you'll be an essential part of a team. In this role, you will be cross-trained in all areas of the restaurant and perform the following duties: Cashier – Provide excellent service with a positive attitude and a welcoming smile. Cook – Prepare fresh, high-quality food items in a timely manner. Food Prep – Organize and prep fresh produce to maintain product quality. Light Janitorial – Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant to ensure a comfortable dining experience for our customers. Position Overview: As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead by example, managing your shift while motivating and guiding the team to success. You'll be the go-to person for addressing customer concerns, ensuring safety standards, and keeping track of time and breaks. Responsibilities

  • Lead your shift to provide excellent service and top-quality food.
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure crew members are following safety standards.
  • Manage employee breaks and timekeeping.
  • Act as a key trainer, providing guidance to new team members.
  • Handle restaurant orders and assist with paperwork.
  • Cover the manager’s day off when needed
