Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service excellence
- Skilled in point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Inspirational leadership style that motivates and develops team members
- Knowledge of health, safety, and food handling regulations
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and coach front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional service
- Develop and implement operational procedures that support efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Foster a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability
- Ensure prompt, professional handling of guest inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership for seamless service flow
- Oversee cleanliness, organization, and safety in all guest-facing areas
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Support recruiting and onboarding of new team members
- Stay informed on industry trends and apply best practices to enhance operations
