Shift Supervisor - Palm Beach International Airport - Full Time
About The Position
Opportunity for experienced Janitorial Supervisor. You must have experience in Janitorial Cleaning Services and Supervisory Experience. Position is for 2nd Shift 2PM - 10PM . These are FIRM HOURS & Cannot be Changed: This is a Full Time Position; Supervisory Responsibilities are Involved. Applicant must be available to work a 5-day per week schedule. This is a Janitorial Supervisor Position; Experience in Janitorial Cleaning Services of more than 5-years is required. Position Reports to the Company's Operation Manager. Bilingual English & Spanish speaking: Experience working at an Airport is a Plus, however, in any case airport training and orientation will be provided to any qualified applicant. Experience working in Large Facilities as a supervisor is required. Must be fluent in the English Language. · Display great Initiative and leadership. · Able to work and thrive in stressful situations. · Excellent supervisory skills. Constantly Checks the work of employees. - Must Work Well with Others. - Team Player . - Responsible in all facets. · Basic Use of Microsoft office products, able to communicate via email, Must be able to use a Computer . · Motivated and highly energetic required. · Must pass a national background check. - Position includes Paid Time Off. - 401-K Plan with 4% contribution is Part of the Compensation plan.
