This position is located at the Washington Dulles International Airport, Dulles VA . YOUR IMPACT These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned. Oversee daily team operations, including scheduling, work orders, safety, productivity, material coordination, and employee relations. Provide direct support, guidance, and on-the-job training to team members. Foster strong working relationships to enhance team and customer satisfaction. Promote a culture of safety by leading new employee safety training and conducting quality control inspections on maintenance activities . Support Operational Managers in monitoring and improving operational performance. Develop and maintain processes and documentation to enhance operational efficiency. Participate in shift handovers, team briefings, recruiting efforts, and performance reviews. Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc meetings, training sessions, airport tours, and audits.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Valid Driver’s License .
3 + years of maintenance experience
1-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience
Availability for on-call support and work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs dictate.
Ability to obtain and maintain airport security badge

Nice To Haves

Associate s or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial technology, or related field
Prior experience in airport baggage handling, airline ground operations, or facility maintenance in a 24/7 operational environment
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel , and email systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
