About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a vital leadership role in coordinating daily operations, ensuring program compliance, and supervising and supporting staff. Working closely with the Quality Assurance Manager and Deputy Director, you’ll help maintain a professional, safe, and supportive environment for our clients and team.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to lead, train, and support a diverse team
• Ability to work independently and maintain clear documentation
• Must be able to pass federal and state background checks
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Successfully complete pre-employment physical, TB test, and drug screening
• Complete CPR and required CBRF trainings within 90 days (all training paid for by the agency!)

Nice To Haves

• Degree in Criminal Justice or Human Services preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise Program Support Specialists (PSS) and ensure 24/7 staffing coverage
• Lead staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Maintain compliance with federal and state guidelines (SOW, DOC Contract, CBRF)
• Oversee resident programming, safety checks, and accurate documentation
• Respond to incidents and serve in the on-call rotation
• Support strong community and internal communications
