About The Position

The Shift Supervisor assists the management team in achieving revenue, expense, and profit objectives, training staff to meet production goals, merchandise standards, customer service expectations, mission integration, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The role requires business acumen, interpersonal skills, and leadership.

Requirements

High school diploma or the equivalent
Ability to learn how to correctly use all point of sale and donation systems, office computer and telephone
Must have skills to work in stressful conditions and use good judgment, patience and understand
Follow oral and written instructions
familiarity with business related mathematics
Supervise and train staff in production, merchandising, checkout and customer service
bend, stoop, reach, and twist, lift, push, pull and move items up to 40 pounds
able to stand for long periods of time
Must have the right combination of business acumen, interpersonal skills, and leadership necessary to meet the performance standards for the store
Great customer service skills

One year of retail sales experience preferred

Responsibilities
