Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have previous management/leadership experience.
Work a minimum of 4 nights a week/weekend.
Must have strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Management of all Concessions/Gift Shop operations & staffing across the park
Provide training to staff to ensure efficient & enhanced operations.
Verify nightly cash banks and change out as needed.
Organize and verify nightly paperwork.
Participate in an end on night wrap up meeting to discuss any issues and identify corrective actions.
Oversight of opening and closing all facilities including unlocking stands, distributing cash, conducting preshow/post show inspections, and assisting with nightly inventory count ins/outs.
Provide crowd and line management to help expedite service and provide additional support in the stands/around the park as needed.
Assisting in the stand during periods of peak business.
Running additional product and prepared products to Stands as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
