By leading the electrical assembly team, removing obstacles, and setting clear expectations, you ensure high-quality output, on-time delivery, and a safe work environment. Your ability to develop people and optimize processes will be key to sustaining performance and supporting Accelevation’s rapid growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
- Ensure that production schedules are met and that products meet quality standards
- Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and efficiency
