Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Shift Mechanic located at our manufacturing facility in Tamaqua, PA. Pay: $29.55 – $34.77/hour-based on experience + shift differential 12 hours Night shift 2-2-3 rotation 7:00pm-7:00am The Maintenance Technician’s primary job function consists of maintaining, inspecting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting all types of industrial equipment. Actively participate in repair, installation, rebuilding, and upgrading of systems. Possess knowledge that allows a comprehensive and thorough understanding of process controls. You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! Make safety the number one priority by driving safety initiatives. Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Repair mechanical failures, replacing bearings, pulling motors, drives, and PLCs. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalency.
- 3 years of progressive and related experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be safety oriented, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Rigging and Welding experience with mig and arc welding machines.
- Basic experience with Automation and Robotics technologies.
Nice To Haves
- Industrial Certification.
