About The Position

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the establishment, ensuring exceptional service and a positive experience for both guests and team members. This role involves supervising and coordinating staff activities across front-of-house and back-of-house operations, maintaining compliance with company policies and standards, and training and mentoring team members to uphold service quality. You will also manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally. Additionally, the Shift Manager monitors performance metrics such as sales and labor costs to implement strategies for optimizing efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
  • Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality, beverage, or food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to the establishment's dress code standards, ensuring a polished and professional image is presented to guests.

Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
  • Monitor performance metrics, such as sales and labor costs, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
