About The Position

As a Dishwasher for Traditions Hospitality Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate loads.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred, but we welcome applicants with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Ensure that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored.
• Empty trash bins regularly and maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients.
• Clean kitchen equipment, including stoves, ovens, grills, and refrigerators.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a hygienic environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support the efficient operation of the kitchen.
