Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or shift management role within the restaurant industry, preferably in a fast-food or pizza concept.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant health regulations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily shift operations ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness are met.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during shifts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for ordering supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing support and performance feedback.
