About The Position

The Restaurant Zone is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager for a high-volume quick-service chicken restaurant concept. This pivotal leadership role involves overseeing all facets of restaurant operations to ensure seamless, efficient, and profitable business outcomes. The General Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, upholding excellent customer service standards, managing and developing staff, and ensuring strict compliance with all health, safety, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role in a high-volume QSR environment, preferably in a chicken restaurant concept.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and food quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
