About The Position

Cleveland-Cliff has an immediate opportunity for a Shift Manager Maintenance at our Tilden Mine site. This position will provide management oversight of all maintenance related projects in the Tilden Plant. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience or previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to read and comprehend Gantt charts and use CMMS software (training provided)
• Rotating shift role that alternates weekly.
• Must be able to work alternate schedules that may include early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and/or overtime, and be punctual while doing so.

Nice To Haves

• 2-4 years of experience in an industrial setting.
• 2-4 year technical degree or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all department work is performed in a safe manner and that all work areas are maintained to meet all MSHA standards.
• Assigns work to the team per the daily and weekly schedule.
• Responsible for the quality execution of work and reports and recommends solutions to deviations from the plan.
• Provides coaching, leadership, and direction for department personnel.
• Distributes work orders for every job and provides progress updates to the senior shift manager daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
