About The Position

A Shift Leader is responsible for the restaurant's overall operations during his/her shift. This includes ensuring that all company standards are met, company policies and procedures are followed, and costs are properly controlled. The role involves clear communication with employees, effective supervision to ensure assignments are completed properly, inventory management, and adjusting the Par Prep Sheet to ensure fresh product is continually available for guests. The Shift Leader will observe and guide crewmembers, reallocate labor, coordinate overall operations, ensure quick and efficient guest service, solicit guest feedback, and resolve guest complaints. This position requires exhibiting a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, showing a caring attitude for guests and employees, and maintaining the company’s operational quality and cleanliness standards. Administrative duties, which require basic computer skills, are also part of this position.

Requirements
