About The Position

Islands to Salt Lake LLC, doing business as Domino's in Salt Lake, UT, is seeking future managers for a full-time, hourly Shift Lead position with available overtime. This role is designed for individuals who want to grow into management, specifically an Assistant Manager, and eventually a General Manager or even a Franchisee. The position involves overseeing all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring team safety, training, and culture, leading by example, and strictly adhering to all company policies and procedures. Requirements

18+ years of age
Good driving record
Great positive attitude
High Energy
Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience leading people
Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
High School diploma or equivalent
Good background check
Eligible to work in the USA
Currently residing in the Salt Lake City area
