The Shift Lead Security Officer plays an essential role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients by providing leadership and direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites during specific shifts. This involves observing and reporting activities and incidents, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel, preserving order, and enforcing site regulations and directives. Requirements

  • Previous experience in management
  • Previous experience in security
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Must be able to walk long distances during shifts

Responsibilities

  • Provide lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts
  • Observe and report activities and incidents
  • Provide for the security and safety of client property and personnel
  • Preserve order
  • Act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises
  • Maintain the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership
