About The Position

Requirements

BA/BS degree and/or equivalent experience, or AA degree and 2 years’ experience; HS Diploma or GED and 3 years applicable experience.
Obtain F-80 certification within first 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

Oversee daily shelter operations, including staff coordination, shift coverage, and ensuring all activities and schedules run smoothly
Supervise, coach, and support staff while maintaining effective communication with residents, team members, and leadership
Monitor facility safety through rounds, enforce policies, respond to incidents, and utilize crisis intervention and conflict resolution strategies
Maintain accurate documentation, including incident and coverage reports, while ensuring confidentiality and professional standards are upheld
